Founder

​

• Pepe is an experienced property investor and developer who has also completed a number of successful developments in both London and Doncaster since 2008.

 

• As a consummate professional, he values providing quality homes whilst ensuring his investors are suitably rewarded.

​​

• He also constantly investing in himself and so he has completed professional courses on: HMOs, commercial property, social housing and creative finance.

​​

• As a qualified teacher, Pepe has taught in London secondary schools for over twenty years teaching Business, Computing, ICT and English up to A Level, he has a wealth of experience, knowledge and skill in overcoming challenges with mature interpersonal skills and foresight.
